SHIPPING INFORMATION
  • All items are double boxed when shipped to preserve the original packaging.
  • Items ordered after 1pm Eastern will not be shipped till the following business day.
  • All items are shipped Monday - Friday. Any Items ordered on weekends/ holidays will ship out the following business day.
  • NO DELIVERIES TO PO BOXES.
  • NO DELIVERIES TO BRAZIL AND RUSSIA. ALL ORDERS WILL BE CANCELLED AND REFUNDED IMMEDIATELY.
  • All other domestic shipping will be a $10.00 flat rate 
  • ALL INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS AND TAXES ARE BUYERS RESPONSIBILITIES
  • We supports our Military! We ship APO, DPO and FPO addresses.
 
RETURNS / REFUNDS
(14 day policy) Return / Refund items must be shipped back in the same condition it was received with all original packaging and accessories. After item has been received and inspected,we will proceed with the refund within 5 business days. All refunds will be processed back into the original payment received. In the event that no mistake was made on our end but buyer wishes to make a return (item does not fit, ordered wrong size,.....etc) a full refund will be issued minus the cost of shipping. No refunds for international orders.
 
 Exchanges: 
If you are interested in exchange, please place a new order to ensure availability of size and style. Unfortunately, we currently do not offer exchanges.

Q: Do you sell authentic products?
A: We guarantee the 100% authenticity directly from the brands for all our products. If you are unsatisfied with your order, we do offer a 14 day return policy at no risk.

Q: Do you have other styles, colors or sizes?
A: All of our inventory is listed online including sizes and colors. Please use our store front search and catagories to find what we carry.

Q: Can you measure the insole/width/length of the shoe?
A: We are sorry but we are not able to measure as our warehouse and offices are in separate locations.

Q: Can you change my shipping address to... ?
A: We are sorry but it is against sneakerpremium.com and PayPal policies to ship to any address that is not in order details. We will provide you with a full refund, and have you purchase the item again. It is both the "buyers and sellers" interest to be protected from lost, stolen or damaged goods by only shipping to the confirmed address.

Q: How do I return an item?
A: Return instructions and address will be included in your package. Item must be returned in the exact condition it was received with all accessories and tags. A 15% restocking fee will be charged for all returns. Once item has been received and inspected, we will proceed with buyer's request. Buyer pays for return shipping.

Q: How do I exchange my item?
A: Because our Products are always changing, we will be unable to process exchanges. If you'd like a different size, color, or completely different product, please return current item(s) for a refund and place a new order online for the new item. Buyer pays for return shipping. 

How long will my return take to process?
A: Please allow up to 5 business days from our receipt of the item for processing. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Refunds will only be returned via paypal.

Q: Can you mark my international order as a gift with low value?
A: No, sorry We are sorry but we cannot declare the value of the product less than what it is listed on sneakerpremium.com. There are no exceptions to this policy as this is Federal Law. Please check your local Customs for actual duties tax.

The customer accepts the responsibility for any International taxes, duties or other fees which may be charged upon delivery. Other additional fees which may apply could be for:

  • Refusal of package upon delivery for any reason
  • Abandonment of package at the postal office due to unpaid duty fees and taxes 
  • Invalid address provided by the customer
  • Failed attempt to deliver by the postal carrier
  • Decline to pay duty fees and taxes upon pick-up or delivery
  • Customs rejection due to restriction and rules from the country
